Ok, Very rarely I post images where user names and locations are seen. However, this is a public park from 7th November 2018. I’ve edited the complete user name out for some privacy.. but the first part sounds like fart.
While Drifloon/Driftblimp aren’t known for Farts, they are known for being a pile of hot air. And is very easily found in the previous week due to being a Ghost type.
Finally There is a Pokémon who just screams fart.. Skunktank. I think it was available at the time when this photo..
